Update: new single, tour for Princess Chelsea

Princess Chelsea has announced her first New Zealand dates in three years to promote her upcoming new album The Loneliest Girl.

The short tour will see retro electro-popster will play two dates in Auckland – The Hollywood, Avondale (October 26), and the Sawmill Café (October 27) – followed by Wellington’s San Fran (November 10) and Christchurch’s Blue Smoke (November 17).

Live Sleepwalking with Bree

Jonathan Bree is taking his “faceless” band on the road in November to showcase his critically acclaimed album Sleepwalking.

It will be their first live appearance since last year’s The Others Way, with tour set to follow on from his European tour dates in August.

Bree first used the eerie masks for ‘Weird Hardcore’ from his 2015 album A Little Night Music, but it was the video for ‘You’re So Cool’ from Sleepwalking that took his distinctive look to a whole new level, with the clip racking up almost 5 million views on YouTube.

Return of Princess Chelsea

Princess Chelsea has shared the first single from her upcoming fourth album The Loneliest Girl, which is due in September.

‘I Love My Boyfriend’ is about “feeling attracted to somebody else when you’re in a monogamous relationship” and the promo was shot by artist – aka Chelsea Nikkel– herself at her Auckland home.
