in Industry by

Pop sensations Drax Project have announced three headline shows over the Christmas break.

Presented by Eccles Entertainment and ZM, the young hitmakers will be joined for the three Summer shows by Kings. The mini-tour kicks off in the Coromandel at Coroglen Tavern on December 27 and will be followed by dates at New Plymouth’s Butlers Reef (January 3) and Waihi Beach Hotel (January 5).

The announcement caps off a big year for Drax Project, who are tipped to become New Zealand’s next international breakout group thanks to the global success of the single ‘Woke Up Late’. The group are also four Tuis at this year’s Vodafone New Zealand Music Awards.

Tickets go on sale on November 2. Dates are: December 27:, Whitianga; Butlers Reef, New Plymouth; on January 3 and Waihi Beach Hotel in Waihi on January 5.
