in Industry by

Anxiety Club are embarking on their first nationwide tour in March.

The Wellington five piece will play Galatos in Auckland on  March 16, Meow in Wellington (March 23) and Blue Smoke in Christchurch (March 29).

The tour will showcase Anxiety Club’s debut EP Black Heart, which was released in October.

Formed in 2016, the band is lead by Kev and blend alt country with indie pop.

“We can’t wait to hit the road and play songs from Black Heart, plus some new songs,” says Fitzsimons. We’re stoked to be returning to Auckland where we played a banger of a show last year. Also, this will be our first-ever South Island date.”

Anxiety Club has also just released a new single ‘Ginger in the Summer’, with proceeds from the song being donated to the Cancer Society of New Zealand. It is currently only available as a download on Bandcamp and iTunes, plus the band’s website.
